These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Point7 Systems Private Limited (“Flowbaba”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Flowbaba mobile app and the flowbaba.co website (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old and not barred under applicable law to use Flowbaba. The Service is not for children under 13.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Flowbaba app on devices you own or control, and to use the Service, for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app (except where such restriction is prohibited by law); rent, sell, or sublicense it; remove proprietary notices; or use the Service other than through the interfaces we provide.
App-store terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store’s terms, and §15 applies.
“Your Content” means everything you create or upload — photos, videos, captions, notes, activity details, tags, connections, messages, your profile, and your @handle and display name.
You keep all ownership rights in Your Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership to us.
To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g. resize/transcode media for delivery), publish, and display Your Content solely to run, provide, and improve the Service and as you direct through your privacy/visibility settings (for example, publishing a public moment). This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except: (a) for content others have shared or re-shared as permitted; (b) for a reasonable period while we complete deletion from backups; and (c) as required for the fraud/abuse-prevention retention described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate these Terms or the law. You are responsible for the people you tag and content you share about others; obtain any consent required (for example, before posting identifiable images of other people).
You may not post, share, or transmit content, or engage in conduct, that:
Flowbaba provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and to block and hide other users and their content. If you see a violation, please report it in the app. We review reports and act on objectionable-content reports promptly — we aim to remove violating content and eject the offending user within 24 hours of a valid report. [Operationalize this SLA before launch; Apple Guideline 1.2 expects timely action, and 24 hours is the widely-followed standard.]
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict content, limit features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We also use content moderation to help keep the Service safe.
In addition to §5, you agree not to impersonate anyone; create accounts to evade a ban; interfere with or disrupt the Service; access it by automated means except as we permit; misuse other users’ data; or use the Service to violate any law.
You can connect with and message other users. Flowbaba does not control other users’ conduct or content; use the report and block tools if someone violates these Terms. We may access, review, and remove message content as necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or keep users safe, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The Service — software, design, branding, and content we provide — is owned by Flowbaba or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. “Flowbaba” and our logos are our marks; you may not use them without permission.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@flowbaba.co with the information required by applicable law. We respond to valid notices, including by removing infringing content and terminating repeat infringers. [Confirm designated-agent details / jurisdictional equivalent.]
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. You use the Service, and rely on content from other users, at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowbaba from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Chennai, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you rights in your own courts.

If you downloaded from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Flowbaba only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the app; Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms; and you agree to Apple’s usage rules and that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a prohibited-parties list.
If you downloaded from Google Play: these Terms are between you and Flowbaba only, and your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
